Direct WebRTC

Creates two real Telecrypt direct managers inside this page and verifies the reliable, realtime-audio, and realtime-video DataChannels. The self-test first tries host ICE candidates only. If that fails, it automatically retries with Telecrypt's normal production STUN configuration.
